I’ve always been a HUGE fan of pad thai, I love the tangy flavor of the soy sauce and love love love noodles!

But i never though that i could make pad thai at home i was so surprised when i attempted this and actually tasted amazing.

So, the recipe is quite simple, i’ve laid out some step by step pictures so you can see how easy it is!

We start by sautéing our veggies with onion, garlic and avocado oil.

Create a hole in the center of the skillet add some avocado oil or sesame seed oil and add a beaten egg. The heat has to be very low so the egg doesn’t cook immediately, but will start cooking slowly until fully incorporated. Mix well.

Afterwards add already cooked noodles. This recipe is super versatile so you can add any noodle you like. I used Konjac noodles but feel free to use brown ride noodles, soba noodles or kelp noodles!

The last step will just be to add your protein of choice, salmon and chicken work amazing! For this version i used salmon.
