I’ve always been a matcha lover but I always find that matcha bread is always loaded with sugar and even artificial colors! This cake is clean, healthy and super simple. If you’re a matcha fan as I am, you’re going to love this recipe.
Simple and easy ingredients!
This matcha loaf comes together in literally 10 minutes. The ingredientes are super simple and all you need is a blender! So also, no mess!
We’re going to be using a mix of whole wheat flour and almond flour for that extra fluffiness. Coconut sugar is a key ingredient here, but feel free to sub in Monk Fruit or whichever sweetener you like (I have only tried it with coconut sugar). Also keep in mind coconut sugar is brown so you’re going to want to add in more matcha if you want it to really turn green :)
