The Almond Butter Granola

This simple granola will blow your mind away. It’s super crunchy, perfectly sweet and balanced.

I’m oftentimes found at the granola supermarket aisle overwhelmed with all the granola options that exist. At a glance all of them seem pretty healthy. They have nice packages, they say “sugar free”, “keto”, “paleo” and much much more, but when taking a look at the ingredients most of them are filled with oils and too much sugar. I’ve found some brands that are ok, and have replaced some oils for coconut oil and refined sugars for maple syrup or coconut sugar.

Still, I never feel completely confident buying them and thats why I decided to create an oil free and refined sugar free granola.

This simple granola has less than 7 ingredients, it has no oil at all and is instead made crunchy by almond butter and its sweetened with banana. It all comes together with some chia and flax seeds and is finished off with the perfect touch of salt.

The granola comes out super crunchy and breaks easily into perfect bite size clusters. I don’t know about you but I love huuge granola clusters :)

You can leave your granola chocolate free like the picture above, but you know me, I’m one big chocolate fan. Anyway feel free to leave the chocolate out if you prefer it, it will taste amazing anyway!
